Well Close Square @ Tweedmouth Clinic

Surgery services began here on the 8th January 2001. The practice runs GP surgeries each morning at the clinic (by appointment only), and special health promotion and chronic disease management clinics in the afternoon. There are no Well Close Square reception services at the clinic (appointments cannot be made here) and no repeat prescription service facilities.

If you receive an appointment for a health promotion or disease management clinic at Tweedmouth Clinic but would prefer your appointment to be at Well Close Square, please contact reception on  01289 356920 so that your appointment can be rearranged for your convenience.
